General conditions

These conditions present the general scope of the Presence Plan. Provision begins only after client and Elventia agree to a proposal that confirms scope, payment, start date, duration, continuity and cancellation.

Free trial, plan, and payment

The free trial lasts 14 days and includes 4 feed posts, 2 adapted stories, editing of up to 4 photos, and one revision round. It costs R$ 0, requires no card, and does not create an automatic charge or conversion.

If the client decides to continue, the Presence Plan costs R$ 890 per 30-day cycle, with initial configuration of R$ 190 charged once. The first paid cycle totals R$ 1.080. Payment is made in advance through Stripe, and each new cycle starts only by agreement.

Monthly deliveries

• 12 pieces of content per month: 8 posts for the feed and 4 stories adapted from this content;
• editing of up to 8 photos provided by the client;
• Captions and monthly content calendar;
• publication on Instagram and adaptation to Facebook, when included in the proposal and with access configured;
• a round of changes to the month's content.

The calendar is sent for approval before publication. Changes after the included round, additional materials or out-of-scope orders depend on re-alignment.

Customer responsibilities

Customer provides photos, correct information and approvals in a timely manner. You also confirm that you have authorization to use and allow the processing of the photos, brands and content delivered. Elventia works based on this material and information approved by the client.

When access to Meta is necessary, the parties agree on professional permissions limited to what is necessary. The customer must not send passwords via Direct.

What's not included

The plan does not include advertising or media budget management, message or Direct service, video recording or photographic production. Any additional service requires specific agreement.

Approval and results

Publication occurs after the calendar and contents have been approved by the client. Elventia is committed to agreed deliveries and creative care, but does not guarantee sales, reach, followers or other commercial results, as these results also depend on the offer, the public, the platforms and the service of the business itself.

Start, duration and cancellation

The trial begins on the agreed date once materials and access are ready and may be stopped at any time at no charge. Accepting the trial does not authorize any payment. If the client continues, the first paid cycle and every subsequent cycle require a new, specific written acceptance before charging. There is no automatic renewal, minimum term, or penalty for choosing not to renew.

During a paid cycle, the client may request cancellation in writing. Elventia stops future publications and refunds the portion of work not yet performed, calculated from a documented breakdown of completed work shared with the client. Any unperformed portion of setup is also refunded. Mandatory rights under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal, prevail.

Privacy, AI, and closing the engagement

The AI tools used in production run locally on Elventia’s computer in Italy, with human oversight. Client materials are not uploaded to cloud AI, used for training, or included in a portfolio without separate permission. At the publication stage, Meta receives approved final content; other contacts and access are governed by the platform’s policy. Stripe processes payment data in its own form.

Source photos and work files are deleted within 30 days after the collaboration ends. Final files are made available to the client within that period, and the client must keep a copy. Contract, tax, and accounting documents are kept separately for the required minimum period. Meta permissions are revoked when the engagement ends, except for a short agreed closing period.
