Data processed and origin

The home page form just puts together a message in your browser. The chosen options are not sent to Elventia nor stored on a server by the website. If you send the message via Instagram or write via email, we may process your name, username or profile, email address, company data, orders and the content of the conversation you decide to share.

During the provision of the service, we may also process customer data, photos and information provided for the creation of content, approvals, editorial calendar and professional access permissions to the Meta account strictly necessary for publication. The customer must have authorization to provide us with third-party images, brands and data.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Website, technical records and cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not submit the form to a server. Cloudflare provides the hosting and infrastructure of the website and may process technical records, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and security data, necessary for the delivery and protection of the website. Consult the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Instagram, email and access Meta

When choosing Instagram, Meta also processes the data according to your Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords via Direct. When publishing requires account access, we use, when available, Meta professional permissions limited to what is necessary and agreed with the client.

Local production, Meta, Stripe, and transfers

Contacts and creative production are managed by Elventia in Italy. The AI tools used to process photos and copy run on Elventia’s local computer with human oversight; client materials are not uploaded to cloud AI services or used for AI training or a portfolio.

At the publication stage, Meta receives approved final content and processes data under its policy. Other contacts and access on the platform are governed by Meta’s own policy. Payments are processed through the Stripe; Diego/Elventia does not collect card numbers. Cloudflare hosts only the storefront website and does not receive production photos. These platforms may process data in other countries under their policies.

Term and rights

Source photos and work files are deleted within 30 days after the collaboration ends. Final files are made available to the client within that period, and the client must keep a copy. Contracts, tax documents, and accounting records are kept separately only for the minimum period required. Meta permissions are revoked when the engagement ends, except for a short expressly agreed closing period; deleting the website does not delete data held by Meta.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other measures available under applicable law by writing to privacy@elventia.com. We will respond after confirming identity when necessary.

Documents from another service

Atendaria is a distinct service. Consult separately the privacy of Atendaria, its terms and the page data deletion.
