Elventia builds WhatsApp front-desk assistants for businesses that live by their calendar: practices, clinics, studios. The idea is simple — whoever books, reschedules and confirms appointments shouldn't have to be available all day to do it.

What we do

We build and run software as a service. Our assistants talk to end customers on WhatsApp through Meta's official platform, read the business calendar, book and confirm appointments, and flag it when someone cancels. We don't sell lists, we don't send bulk advertising, and we don't message people who never asked to be contacted.

The AI receptionist for psychology and physiotherapy practices in Brazil. It answers patients on the practice's own WhatsApp number, handles scheduling and logistics only, and never gives clinical advice: any health question goes back to the professional. See atendaria.com.

The service is sold in Brazil, and its binding legal texts are the Portuguese ones: privacy notice, terms and data deletion.
